Job Description

Create content and directly implement multi-channel communication campaigns, contributing to building and expanding the CityHouse brand image among customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop ideas, edit and produce diverse content, including articles, images, videos, social posts and PR articles, according to the brand direction.
  • Implement and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads, according to the plan.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously update market trends and customer behavior across social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure communication effectiveness and business objectives.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Graduate in Marketing or Communications. Experience running Facebook Ads or Google Ads, or working in real estate, hospitality or services, is a strong advantage.

Job Description

Manage and optimize revenue across online travel agency channels, ensuring occupancy and business performance for the CityHouse system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market monitoring: Check and report competitor prices daily and recommend suitable pricing adjustments across Agoda, Booking, Traveloka and other channels.
  • Occupancy management: Closely monitor room availability to open or close inventory promptly, control inventory and prevent overbooking.
  • Periodic reporting: Prepare daily and weekly revenue reports from OTA sources to closely monitor business performance.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Location: 485B Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Ban Co Ward, District 3, HCMC.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of OTA experience in hospitality or hotels.
  • Professional Skills: Basic to advanced proficiency in extranet systems such as Booking and Agoda, with strong Excel skills for reporting.
