What is your cancellation and refund policy?
CityHouse applies a flexible cancellation policy (except during Public Holidays, Tet, or special promotional periods):
More than 03 days before check-in date: 100% refund.
Within 03 days prior to check-in: One-night charge applies.
No-show: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing and officially confirmed.
Will I be charged for late check-out?
The standard check-out time at CityHouse is before 12:00 PM (noon).
If you wish to check out late, please inform the Front Desk in advance so we can check room availability and applicable late check-out fees (if any).
In case of late check-out without prior notice and unsuccessful contact, the Hotel reserves the right to:
Apply late check-out charges according to the current rate.
Enter the room and move your belongings to a secure storage area.
Can I invite visitors to my apartment?
Yes, visitors are allowed. However:
Visitors must present a valid ID card/Passport at the Security/Front Desk.
The registered guest must directly sponsor the visitor.
After 10:00 PM, the number of occupants must not exceed the standard capacity:
1-bedroom apartment: maximum 02 persons.
2-bedroom apartment: maximum 04 persons.
3-bedroom apartment: maximum 06 persons.
If exceeding the standard occupancy, a surcharge of 25% of the listed room rate per night per additional person will apply.
What payment methods are accepted?
CityHouse accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfer via VietQR
Credit card payments via OnePay
All transactions are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Please note that CityHouse is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or additional bank charges applied by your financial institution.
Is housekeeping provided during my stay?
Yes, housekeeping service is available to maintain cleanliness and comfort during your stay.
However, if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed continuously for more than 24 hours, the Hotel may contact you to ensure safety and room condition.
Please note that extended refusal of housekeeping services may affect room quality (odor, insects, etc.), and CityHouse reserves the right to decline complaints related to room condition if cleaning service has been refused for a prolonged period.
