TERMS AND CONDITIONS | CITYHOUSE
Welcome to the CityHouse online booking system. Please carefully read the following terms before completing your reservation. By making a booking, you confirm that you have understood and agreed to these terms on behalf of all guests staying.
1. DEFINITIONS & GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Service Provider: CityHouse (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us", or "Hotel").
- Booking Channel: Official website cityhousebooking.com.
- Contract: The booking confirmation together with these terms constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and CityHouse.
2. BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT
- Confirmation: A reservation is only valid after full payment has been completed. An automatic confirmation email with receipt will be sent by the system.
- Contact Information: You authorize the Hotel to contact you via Email/Phone number regarding matters related to your stay.
- Payment Methods: We accept VietQR bank transfer and credit card payments via Onepay.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in VND. The Hotel is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations imposed by your bank.
3. PRICING POLICY & SERVICES
- Rate Changes: Room rates may vary depending on booking period, room availability, and ongoing promotional programs.
- Occupancy Standard: Rates apply to the standard number of guests for each room type. Additional charges apply for extra guests.
- Exclusions: Meals, laundry services, and other personal expenses are not included.
4. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
We apply a flexible cancellation policy as follows (Except during Public Holidays/Tet or special promotional periods with separate regulations):

- Shortening Stay: Must be notified in writing at least 02 days prior to the new departure date.
- Extension: Subject to room availability and prevailing rates at the time of extension.
5. HOUSE RULES
CityHouse strives to provide a comfortable and safe living environment. Guests are kindly requested to comply with the following regulations to ensure the best stay experience:
5.1. Check-out Policy
- Standard Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM.
- Late Check-out: Please inform the Reception in advance to check availability and applicable surcharge (if any).
- Unnotified Late Check-out: In cases where a guest checks out late without prior notice and cannot be contacted, CityHouse reserves the right to:
- Apply late check-out charges according to the current rate policy.
- Allow Reception staff to enter the room to clear and move luggage to a secure storage area.
- Transparency: This process may be recorded on video. CityHouse shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from unnotified late check-out.
5.2. "Do Not Disturb" Notice
- CityHouse respects guest privacy. However, if the "Do Not Disturb" sign remains displayed continuously for more than 24 hours, we will contact the guest to ensure safety.
- Refusal of periodic cleaning services may affect room quality (odor, insects). The Hotel declines responsibility for complaints regarding room conditions if cleaning services are refused for extended periods.
5.3. Prohibited Activities
- Prohibited & Hazardous Items: Pets, strong-smelling foods (e.g., fermented shrimp paste, durian), weapons, explosives, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the building.
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside apartments, elevators, and corridors. Please use designated smoking areas only.
- Property: Do not remove or relocate property belonging to the building outside the premises.
5.4. Important Notes
- Property Protection: Guests are advised to secure valuables in the in-room safe or deposit them at Reception. The Hotel is not responsible for valuables not properly declared or deposited.
- Safety & Energy Saving: Please lock doors and turn off electrical appliances and water when leaving the room.
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain public order, especially after 10:00 PM.
5.5. Visitor & Occupancy Policy
- Visitors: Must present valid identification (ID/Passport) to Security/Reception and be directly sponsored by the registered guest.
- Maximum Occupancy After 10:00 PM:
- 1-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 02 persons.
- 2-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 04 persons.
- 3-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 06 persons.
- Surcharge: If the number of occupants exceeds the standard allowance, a surcharge of 25% of the listed room rate per night will apply for each additional guest.
Legal Responsibility: Guests are fully responsible before the law for any violations of house rules resulting in damage to persons, property, or serious consequences within the building.
6. LIABILITY & PRIVACY
- Damage: Guests are responsible for compensating any damage to in-room equipment caused by their fault.
- Security: CityHouse maintains accurate transaction records as the highest legal reference. We are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Force Majeure: The Hotel shall not be liable for events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, national telecommunications failures).
7. GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled by the competent Court in Vietnam in accordance with applicable laws.
