Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis on which bookings for CityHouse are accepted. By making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of all guests staying at CityHouse.
1. Definitions
- **“Hotel,” “we,” “our”**: CityHouse
- **“Website”**: https://cityhousebooking.com/
- **“Booking”**: The reservation for accommodation and/or services made with us.
- **“Contract”**: The booking and these terms and conditions.
2. Booking
After completing the booking process and payment, a confirmation will be sent via email, which also serves as your receipt. Your booking is only valid when we receive payment. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment is valid and for the correct amount.
By making a booking, you permit the hotel to contact you by email and phone for booking-related matters. We recommend adding our URL to your safe senders list to ensure you receive the confirmation.
3. Hotel Pricing
Prices on the website, including those on third-party booking sites, may change without prior notice and are subject to availability. Rates are based on one person per suite; additional fees will apply for extra guests.
4. Rate Policies
The hotel typically offers one rate option, but special rates may be available. Such rates may have unique policies that will override those in section 6.
5. Payment
Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking and depend on the booking channel. Generally, we will require customers to complete payment immediately after finishing the booking.
For all bookings, the hotel uses payment through a QR code provided by VietQR to process payments, including any charges for additional services or damages.
All payments are processed in VND (Vietnamese Dong). The hotel is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
6. Cancellation and Modification
- **Cancellation**: Can be canceled without charge until 12:00 noon the day before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the confirmed stay will apply, with a minimum of one night and a maximum of seven nights.
- **Shortening Stay**: Must notify 2 days prior to the new departure date; otherwise, a fee will apply. All cancellation and modification requests must be made in writing.
7. No-Show
If you do not arrive on the booking date, the booking will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged for the entire booking. Please contact us immediately if you plan to arrive late.
8. Extending Stay
To extend your stay, please provide written notice as soon as possible. Extensions depend on room availability and may change the rate.
9. Changes or Cancellations by the Hotel
In rare cases, the hotel may need to cancel your booking. You will receive a full refund, with no further responsibilities from the hotel.
10. Validity of Booking
The booking confirmation provided is for convenience only. The hotel keeps records of all transactions, and the hotel’s records will be determinative in case of discrepancies.
11. Check-in and Check-out Times
- **Check-in**: From 2:00 PM (early check-in depends on availability).
- **Check-out**: Before 12:00 PM (late check-out depends on availability).
12. Room Allocation
Your booking is for a type of room in the hotel and does not guarantee that you will be in a specific room.
13. Facilities and Services
Includes:
- Water and electricity
- Wi-Fi
- Daily cleaning service
Excludes:
- Food and beverages
- Laundry and dry cleaning
- Parking
14. Special Requests
Special requests should be sent via email or phone but are not guaranteed. Failure to fulfill requests will not result in refunds.
15. Insurance
Guests are advised to ensure they have insurance for personal property and travel.
16. Parking
Parking is limited and is entirely the guest's responsibility.
17. Guest Behavior
Guests must behave appropriately and respect the hotel’s property. Violations may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
18. Kitchen Use
Heavy cooking that causes strong odors is not permitted. Violations may result in additional charges.
19. Children
All children are welcome. Cribs can be requested at an additional cost. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
20. Number of Guests
Each room may only be used by the maximum number of guests specified for that room type. Any changes must be communicated in writing.
21. Visitor Access
Visitor re-entry is restricted for security reasons and requires the hotel’s permission.
22. Damages
The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred to the room or property.
23. Right of Entry
Hotel staff may enter the property at reasonable times for cleaning, inspection, or necessary repairs.
24. Complaints and Comments
All complaints should be directed to the hotel management during your stay for resolution.
25. Personal Information
All personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
26. Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control.
27. Limitation
The hotel is not liable for communication issues or errors during the booking process.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of Vietnam, with disputes resolved amicably or through the competent court.
29. Website Information
The hotel is not responsible for errors on the website and reserves the right to modify, cancel, or change arrangements without notice. All materials remain the property of the hotel. Using the materials is permitted only for booking purposes.
