Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they form the basis upon which bookings are accepted by CityHouse. By making a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of all guests staying at CityHouse.

1. Definitions

  • “Hotel,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”: CityHouse

  • “Website”: https://cityhousebooking.com/

  • “Booking”: The reservation for accommodation and/or other services made with us.

  • “Agreement”: The booking and these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings Upon completion of the booking process and payment, a confirmation will be sent via email, which also serves as the guest's receipt. Your booking is only valid once we have received payment. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment is valid and for the correct amount.

By making a booking, you authorize the Hotel to contact you via email and phone for matters related to the booking. We recommend that you add our URL to your safe senders list to ensure you receive the confirmation.

3. Hotel Rates Rates on the website, including on third-party booking sites, are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to availability. Rates are based on a per-person, per-suite basis; additional charges will apply for extra persons.

4. Rate Policies The Hotel typically offers one rate option, but special rates may be available. These rates may have their own policies which will supersede the terms in Section 6.

5. Payment Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and are dependent on the booking channel. Typically, we will require guests to complete payment immediately after completing the booking.

For all bookings, the Hotel uses payment via QR code provided by VietQR to process payments, including charges for additional services or damages.

All payments are processed in VND (Vietnamese Dong). The Hotel is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.

6. Cancellations and Amendments Bookings Under 29 Nights

  • Cancellation of Booking:

    • Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

    • Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation charge.

    • In the event a guest has a booking but does not check-in (no-show), 100% of the booking fee will be charged, and the guest will not receive any refund.

  • Shortening of Stay (Early Departure): A minimum of 2 days' notice prior to the new departure date is required to avoid penalty fees.

All cancellation and amendment requests must be made in writing.

7. No-Show If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, the booking will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged for the entire booking. Please contact us immediately if you plan to arrive late.

8. Extending Your Stay To extend your stay, please provide notice in writing as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and potential rate changes.

9. Changes or Cancellations by the Hotel In the rare event that the Hotel needs to cancel your Booking, you will receive a full refund, and the Hotel shall have no further liability.

10. Validity of Booking Booking confirmations provided are for convenience only. The Hotel maintains a record of all transactions, and the Hotel's records shall be the final and conclusive evidence in case of any discrepancy.

11. Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM (early check-in is subject to availability).

  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM (noon) (late check-out is subject to availability).

12. Room Allocation Your booking is for a room type within the Hotel and does not guarantee that you will stay in a specific room.

13. Facilities and Services Included:

  • Water and electricity

  • Wi-Fi

  • Daily housekeeping service Not Included:

  • Food and beverage

  • Laundry and dry cleaning

  • Parking

14. Special Requests Special requests should be sent via email or phone but are not guaranteed. Failure to meet a request will not result in a refund.

15. Insurance Guests are advised to ensure they have personal property and travel insurance.

16. Parking Parking is limited and is entirely at the guest's own risk.

17. Guest Conduct Guests must behave appropriately and respect the Hotel's property. Violations may result in being asked to leave without a refund.

18. Kitchen Use Heavy cooking that causes strong odors is not permitted. Violations may result in additional fees.

19. Children All children are welcome. A baby cot can be arranged at an additional cost. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

20. Number of Guests Each room may only be used by the maximum number of guests noted for that room type. Any changes must be communicated in writing.

21. Visitors Visitor entry is restricted for security reasons and requires permission from the Hotel.

22. Damages The Hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages caused to the room or property.

23. Right of Entry Hotel staff may enter the property at reasonable times for cleaning, inspection, or to perform necessary repairs.

24. Complaints and Comments Any complaints should be brought to the attention of Hotel management during the stay for resolution.

25. Personal Information All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

26. Force Majeure The Hotel is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control.

27. Limitations The Hotel is not responsible for communication failures or errors during the booking process.

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam, with disputes to be resolved amicably or through a competent court.

29. Website Information The Hotel is not responsible for errors on the website and reserves the right to amend, cancel, or vary any arrangements without notice. All materials remain the property of the Hotel. Use of materials is permitted only for the purpose of making a booking.
