CityHouse NEST Hang Xanh Opens in November: A Warm Corner of Rest in the Rhythm of Saigon

CityHouse 30.10.2026

After a long day in the city, what many of us need is not something grand or luxurious, but a room that is bright enough, warm enough and quiet enough to rest in fully. That is the spirit of CityHouse NEST Hang Xanh, the newest stop from NEST by CityHouse at 174/24 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh City, expected to welcome its first guests in mid-November. Every time you visit Saigon, you can start from a small, warm place to rest, close enough to enjoy the city's rhythm freely. The latest updates are always shared on the CityHouse homepage.

01 NEST · QUEST FOR CALMNESS

A cozy corner of rest, without the fuss

NEST by CityHouse follows the spirit of Quest for Calmness: finding peace through simple things such as soft light, warm materials and a quiet corner to stay in. NEST Hang Xanh stays true to that spirit. It does not look for show, but creates comfort from familiar details: light wood tones, neutral colors and a neatly arranged interior. A private space where you can rest, recharge and get ready to keep exploring the city at your own pace.

Convenient connections on Dien Bien Phu

NEST Hang Xanh sits on Dien Bien Phu in the Hang Xanh area of Binh Thanh, a road familiar to anyone moving between Binh Thanh, central District 1, District 3 and the way across to Thao Dien. From here you stay in control of your time: meet a partner in the morning, come back to rest in the afternoon, step out in the evening for a meal or a coffee close to where you stay. Streets, eateries and everyday urban life are the material for discovering Saigon from a friendly, unhurried angle.

Cozy and minimal in every detail

Step into a room and what you notice first is the beige, cream and wood tones across the space, soft lines, sheer curtains that let the light through and a touch of greenery in the corner. The design aims for a balance between beauty and function, favoring comfort over spectacle.

The bed, the easy-on-the-eyes palette and light from the windows create a gentle, familiar atmosphere. A desk near the window and neatly arranged storage cover the basic needs of a short stay.

Room types: each with its own mood

Sharing the same cozy, minimal spirit, each room type at NEST Hang Xanh offers a different way to rest, so you can pick what your trip needs.

Haven Room evokes a modern, warm home. In a Warm Minimalism style with cream, beige and light wood tones, it is fully equipped without clutter, with natural light, soft furnishings and refined decorative touches.

Cozy Room leans toward privacy and seclusion. The outlook is limited by the neighboring building, but the room still receives natural light and feels airy, suited to anyone who loves a warm, quiet place to rest.

Sunshine Room is inspired by large glass doors. Daylight pours in, the room has a view outward, and it feels bright and open.

Harmony Room focuses on layout, with the resting area and the living area more clearly separated, balancing lying down to rest with the small everyday tasks.

Standard Room is on the mezzanine level, with a low ceiling and no outside view, yet it matches the other room types in design and amenities, a tidy choice for days spent mostly out in the city.
